Start your mornings @ 9am (EST) off with inspiring movement workshop series intended for fitness, fun, and flexibility. Instructor Adelka Polak of Sova Theater shares moving stretches via Zoom online to get our blood flowing, to inspire creativity and joy as we isolate together and start our week off right. Destress together and find where we hold our tensions and how to release them gently using organic movements. Take care of ourselves first, so that we can better take care of the people around us as well! This is recommended for people in need of very gentle fitness and want to find what really works for every body. Meet via Zoom on mutually agreed upon dates weekly @ 9am. A recording of class will be sent when we cannot meet together on a given week. 8 classes @ only $108. Come anytime you can!

This class is highly personalized and Adelka can add more dates/times as requested. Mornings at 9am are currently focused on gentle moving standing stretches for women in their 70s & 80s. If you would like a core strengthening workout on the mat instead, please consider Wednesdays at 2pm for abdominal training and full-bodied stretching for intermediate levels.
